Inside Story (Frasier Island, Book 3) ReviewAs I read the final page and closed the cover, I shut my eyes and sighed. What a wonderful story. Although this is the third in the series, it's a novel that can be read and understood without having first read the other two. However, if you are fortunate enough to have read Frazier Island and Finding Marie, this volume will bring even more satisfaction.The protagonist, Claudia Gillette, is an intelligent, strong-minded woman. She enjoys her life and her career--a globe-trotting journalist--even though it includes irritants like a nagging boss and a photographer who likes to live in the fast lane. She meets a special operations Naval officer and the sparks fly. But can love bloom with the wacky schedules these two jobs entail? It's a big world, but can they arrange to meet?
There's a touch of realism that is not often found in novels. No wonder. The author is a former news correspondent!
Bill White, the Naval officer is sent to the Philippines on a secret mission involving hostages, terrorists, and two governments. The non-stop action would make a terrific action film. Guys will also enjoy this one.
