As a scale modeler, this is a goldmine for truly eyecatching and colorful schemes that stand out from the standard Navy gull gray and white, let alone the now standard overall gray schemes of today. Many photos are in very clear color, as they have to be in this case. Some of the black and white photos lack contrast. The captions are all concise and helpful, and state colors when needed.
